I learned two new things today that I thought I would pass on to you. One is great and one not so great.
The not-so-great news: Wal-Mart doesn't have a way for you to print out registries in-store (at least in our Wal-Mart) anymore - which is fine until you've gone to the store to get a gift and discover this. Boo. BUT, you can still print out the registry at your home/work computer and bring it with you into the store and they can still scan it to keep the registry updated upon checkout.
Secondly, and this is the great tid-bit, my sister told me while I was in Atlanta that Publix takes competitors' coupons. What?! That is fabulous! So I tried it today and it totally worked. She also told me about afullcup.com where you can print out Target coupons (which I used at Publix today). Hello 45 cent jar of Vlassic pickles!
In the words of Charlene of Designing Women, I yearn for knowledge.

try southernsavers.com - she outlines publix for you, tells you what coupons to use, where to get them and how much the item will cost at the end. not only do they take competitors coupons, you can stack a manufacturer, competitor and publix store coupon. happy shopping!
I'll check it out! And I am all over stacking already!
